Baked Chickpea 'Nuts'

Description: These Baked Chickpea ‘Nuts’ are healthier than your average nut and packed full of flavor. These crunchy chickpea nuts will satisfy your hunger and leave your mouth happy.


  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoon all spice
  •  ¼ salt


  1. Rinse canned chickpeas
  2. Place in bowl and add olive oil, ground cumin, marjoram, all spice and salt
  3. Mix thoroughly
  4. Place on baking sheet, evenly distribute
  5. Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes
  6. ENJOY!
